IMHO the most important determinant of girl's pricing is the girl's own determination and choice. She knows best what she thinks she's worth, her immediate financial needs and plan ie. frequent lower price vs. less wear and tear for higher price etc.
She price herself too high, she'll just sit, and if too low, she won't even have enough time to eat! A bit of trial and error, she'll usually be able to choose the correct price FOR HER!
