Happen to pass by harbourfront and was told by Prima ferry counter staff that the horizon ferry is under same company prima ferry.
They bought many brand new ferry boats which have economy and business class. Details of schedule and pricing not known yet.
Since it display the poster at prima ferry shop, unlikely to be a competitor...
Finally we are able to travel to batam luxuriously in a business class...
