Pak, my relative have tried this dish in bali and commented that it is very spicy and seasoned using sauce made from onion mix with red chili peppers.
Not many people can tahan the spiciness of this dish.
However good to know that batam restaurant also offer this balinese dish.
But a pity is that I am not a fan of duck but a fan of "chicken"....
( I don't eat duck meat and not a duck myself too
)
Is there such a dish called "ayam betutu" ?
