For first timers who don't speak vn like me buy the taxi ticket at the counter too. It's cheaper as the toll is included.

I ever quarrel with the guy near the door ..haha...there are 2 other female staff. All 3 are rather stuck up and the guy especially, very unhelpful. All I asked for is the numbers and procedures to call to top up the load. The instructions are all in TV.
Usually, I will just buy a 50k dong top up, and key in some codes every day and it gives me 200mb of "fast" 3g. After the first 200mb, you can still use 3g, but will be 'normal' speed. I don't feel the difference though.
