I found out that the statistics referred to above pertains to HIV infection. I think we are too concern with HIV when other forms of STDs are ignored. I've posted an article from body.com in another thread that uncircumcised males are 9 times more likely to get infected with HIV. Again, it is BEST to be SAFE.
