Apartments are mostly cheaper than landed. As for the price of apartments, it depends on which development and location . Q7 has a lot of apartment developments, some old and some new. But the most popular are still those at Phu My Hung. PMH has 24 hours security and back up power and its generally a safer place to be at for foreigners. Price wise, most will be much higher than the US$75k . PMH also have good facilities like Franco Vietnamese Hospital, International schools and other shopping malls. If you purchase a unit at PMH, title deed is generally easier to obtain for foreigner as the development company will help you. As for other development elsewhere, it will be much tougher for foreigners to get the title deed. You will need to bribe your way through.
