Reclining seats are highly debatable in short flight, esp budget air. U will have 2 parties arguing about this. The 1 in the front will argue that he pays for it and wants to recline anytime he wants and as for the back, he will argue he will suffer from leg space.

For me, I dun like when my front recline but I choose to ignore it. I pay budget just have to accept it. Anyway just about 2 hours of flight minus take off and landing left about an hour. No need to get too upset on this. I have back ache if I take more than 2 hours flight. With or without recline, my back still ache. What I do is stand up and walk to the wash room. I rather spend the effort to enjoy myself in HCMC than to feel frustrate in the plane.
