I guess every country or city has its infamous killers, maybe due to uncontrolled anger or uncanny desire for fame, USA has Samson and Zodiac, UK has Jack the Ripper, Germany has The Dusseldorf Ripper, Singapore has Adrian Lim & co., etc.
