Haha,the most memorable one was when I went there marry.U must be certified mentally sound then can marry there.
Went to a mental local hospital,sat with my bx in front of a female doctor,that doctor cant speak English so is only my bx communicate with her.No question ask to me and I was certified mentally all right to marry cos uncle ho certified I am not crazy but not that doctor
