Nowadays in sg society, even important thing like medical thing, all those ppl will screw up big time, recently I encounter 2 case
Case 1 bring my daughter to kk due to some infection, one nurse was standing beside the doctor hearing all our conversation, went out to fix appointment, counter staff told me is 2 appointment on same day, I say no cos I still remember I heard is 2 different appointment for 2 different treatment, one is 2 week later and the other one is 4 months later, that nurse came and told me no, is same day, I told her she better go double check with doctor cos I even ask doctor twice, she went back and ask and in the end I am correct
Case 2 bring her for vacination recently at polyclinic, was told by that nurse that the previous nurse who do her vacination the last time did not record info on the baby booklet and she did to check again
Really dont know what the hell are they doing nowadays, keep on jacking up price and give reason to improve services, I think is from first world country services to third world country services better
