Its ok,bro...no need to ask her as i believe the address on the name card should be a new address (i just found out). The location should be close to Memory joint. I am more interested in walking there,so i will need some landmark/s to pinpoint its exact location. I shall do a walk-about around the "new" New Berry on my next trip.

Thanks,bro.

Usually during trips where i bring newbies,i will ask them if they wish to buy indo sim card as getting one was pretty easy when the Batam version of Sim Lim Sq (Lucky Plaza) is just beside the hotel we stayed in. But most dont find the need to do that as they are at most time sticking to me thru out the trip and our hotel has Wifi. The only time i strongly recommend an Indo sim card to newbies or frens who joined me in my trips is when they "think" they are going to revisit Batam AGAIN in the following 2 months. Otherwise, their Sillypore sim card will be more than sufficient.

Err...nope,none of the guys with me ever went with me on a day trip, but since you mentioned about my ex. colleague's trip (with me). I was with an ex.colleague during one of the trip, but the next day, more ex.colleagues came, and they were all planning for a day trip. As the number were really big,i need to get 2 rooms for them at Grand Nagoya Hotel at around S$23.00/night just to put their belongings as they will be checking out on the same day. Honestly, its nothing fantastic in the room, simple chair, simple table and a queen size bed. Its more like a hostel than Hotel. Alternatively, staying in the hotel i stayed in cost about S$48.40 base on a 9400/SGD exchange rate. Grand Nagoya and Formosa is just about 300 steps away. There are many hotels (1star/2star) nearby, but most will cost around S$35.00 per night (plus/minus).

So after knowing i can accommodate my ex. colleagues during their day trip to a certain 2 star or 1 star hotel,i begin to illustrate how i can accommodate myself if i one day decide to come on day trip. The illustration of my day trip you read was an older version where i am still very new to Batam, here's the newer version where i am a little more experience.

Version 1

1. i go to Batam in early morning, grab a room in either Sakura/Lovinna which will cost me around S$30.

2. As its too early to get a girl from joint since its still morning,i shall head for light breakfast 1st.

3. Then head for a 1.5 hr massage.(special or no special doesnt matter)

4. After which will be time to head to check out booking joint girls. Find one, pick them up and head to hotel.

5. Then it will bonking all the way until dinner time where i will bring the girl to dinner and release her back to joint thereafter.

6. If time allows, will go for another massage before checking out and head back to Sillypore.

Version 2 of illustrated itinerary of my day trip.

1. Had quick breakfast upon arriving at Harbour Bay.

2. i go to Batam in early morning, grab a room in either Sakura/Lovinna which will cost me around S$30.

3. Head to some massage shop, check out the massage joint (with special) there, ask one masseur to come at 11am...go to another massage joint, ask the next masseur to come at 2pm,then another one to come at 4pm. Head back to hotel room before 11am to wait for my arranged masseur/s to arrive.

4. By then it should be dinner time.

5. After dinner, check out of room and head to Harbour Bay.

6. If time allows ,will shop around.

My day trip illustration was planned base very much on my very own interest that i do not take sea food, alcoholic drinks and night life.

Thank you for your compliment, bro. What you read are summaries, not really the details. There are still many in depth details that are not added in eg,overnight encounters with departmental store girls,HP shop girls, getting special from clean massage joint etc etc. The summaries beside just sharing briefly my trips to Batam here ,are also meant for me for future cross reference what i did right/wrong. I read back my past summaries very often to plan my next trip too,hehehe...

Sorry for asking, what's the meaning of Tamu? Is it something like Jamu which is another type of indo "tonic V"?

Yea,i was the one who start the list and you were one of them who tells me the list will never end...lol. The rooms i stay in are always with windows that allow strong sunlight to shine in when i open up the curtains. All the hotels in Batam do not have what i want except formosa,so i kind of bo bian ,can only stay there.

A long "straight" stretch is still ok,a curved stretch corridor will not be good. It will not be good especially for those born in the year of Chicken. If it happens that your corridor is of a curved stretch and have someone born in the Chicken lunar year living in it,put some bamboo-like plants at your corridor and home (facing door). Alternatively, have a partition inside your house just facing front door,so that when you open your front door, one dont see your living room.

Reason : Curved stretch represent snake, snakes eats chicken,Bamboo leaves in the old days ward off snakes.

In feng shui term,houses/hotels that are in a cross + junction absorb and deflect the so-call Sha Qi. In the old days people travel by boats on river, and where there is rivers, there is life and prosperity. In today's modern world, rivers are replaced by Roads. When there is a cross + junction in a river, water in the river cause turbulence.People living in cross junction tends to face flood or water level rising due to the turbulence. If a house/hotel is NOT build in a cross + junction and is rounded by road in a corner (which signifies river in the old days),it is a good sign of life and prosperity to the person who stayed there.

Check CK Tang in Orchard Road for one good example. 4 buildings in each side there in the cross + junction do not have corners to cause a turbulence, even if at later time when there are one new building (Ion) that has a sharp corner, turbulence is still being minimised by CK Tang building.

A house will be like a human body in feng shui term.
