She came 4 times in 2014 and was rejected on the 5th. I think she was pushing her luck too far by coming so many times and she deserved this. Which country will not be suspicious when someone came for so many times a year?
I proposed from then she only come 2 times a year, 10 days each time, as she has a job at home. That was when she got sent back at the airport.
She had not committed any crimes in any countries. I think that as long as she had no criminal records, there is still a possibility for her arriving here, just that I am not aware of any other options.
Does that mean everytime she came I have to be a sponsor? Or she can just come 6 months layer? Getting sent back is a waste of air ticket.
I am confused because if refusal entry have to wait just a few months before coming, there is no need at all to ask me to sponsor from ICA.
