Reputation Point and Power
Hello guys.
I hope you guys can enlighten me. I have read the faq, but still confuse.
I current have twenty reputation point, and zero reputation power.
When I up a person reputation point, will that person reputation point increase?
Or do I need to have reputation power 1 to get to up ppl?
