There's a new dimsum restaurant opposite BCS, any bros here tried?

And also i saw there is another dimsum shop (no aircon) nearby the Sushi Tei, any bro tried?

The Sushi Tei opposite Top100 Peniun i tried, long wait and price was only 10-20% cheaper than the Sushi Tei in sg. Taste wise average.
