That's the normal rate u guys have to pay. Because the industry viewed foreigners from developed countries with big tools so to compensate the WL, is a double job to them. KOREANS AND JAPANESE came from developed countries so they will be charged double the amount even their tool not that big as the white n black..

Hope I shed some lights on this. I'm working at night thus not able to give u a tour. I'm can say I do know the inter connecting alleys behind the streets at the back of my hand. Not many will dare to walk inside the alleys unless someone to show you around.
