I 2nd this. Booked 5.30pm and reached at 5.27pm. Gave her a call and she told me to wait for a little while. So I waited till 5.50pm before texting her that I had to go as I have another appointment. When she called me later, I just told her that I can't make it, no way I'm gonna turn back. We need to stop encouraging her behaviour by refusing her services if she pulls the same stunt.
