Different people will have different definition of the word "BEST". To the taxi driver,the best in his definition could mean that No Name is the best for hooking up with girls? Different people goes Batam for different reasons too.
The most important thing is,what is your reason to be there,and your definition of enjoyment; and did you share your definition of BEST with the person whom you seek advice from? In short,the taxi driver's "meat" is your "poison".
