There are still sleazy bars...most bars in PNL are sleazy and is still open, also the VIC is still open....its a question of whether there are SYT at a reasonable price...just like 91hbt (closed) i never take a girl tehre before as sure they pretty but the price quoted wasnt worth based on alternative optens here in HCM...as to whats still opened and available women...search them yourself, but last time i went i dont think the price is resonable, tho i occasionally (live here from 2008, saw 2-3 girls i think attractive).
