As fellow samsters or countryman, when anyone asks a question here, especially pertaining to investing overseas, I hope samsters who are in that country come out to give advice. I dont think everything is all about money. if we can help, we should help TS. it is up to him to take advice or not. opening a business anywhere in the world has general guidelines for it, thus i think people here are just giving a general guideline. This is no doubt a forum where its primary use is for the sharing of sexual activites. However, we all have made friends here that go well beyond just the topic of sex. I for one have made good friends who are based overseas in this forum and it is good to always have a friend who can understand, share and speak our lingo.
Yes, Ts should go to speak to a lawyer and accountant who is well versed in the laws of China as that is when he will be able to get the advice he needs.
