I have come across a few FLs with one stable, the OKT charge a reasonable rate.
The same FLs visit Singapore again, different stable charge $30 to $40 higher.

I also noticed most C cup FLs are enhanced.
Quality is not there yet the OKTs charge sky high prices.
Some stables even market at $190.
