Actually the ktvs in Wetnam are seldom "good" as most Sinkies have already certain expectations after cheonging the ones in Sinkapor & will be severely disappointed with the playability level
If you just want to tapao might as well pay higher & go to those usual tourists joints where most of them can speak some level of english and/or mandarin, like 700 THD or Catwalk at New World hotel.
I have tried many and I really meant many KTVs over all these years and one KTV might be so-called good now cause they have my type of VBs but may turn "no-good" when I revisited on later trips as the current batch no longer have my type, whether here in Sinkie or Wetnam as they too have certain working lifespan & won't be working there for life
so in simple summary there is no real definite answer as to "good KTVs"
