This is just my personal opinion...some bros may not agree, the WLs who have to resort to finding customers on motorbikes are the lowest of the lowest in terms of quality. They are either LBs, drug addicts (like MC mentioned) or really desperate. Question is, is your budget so tight that u have to fight with locals for their share of WLs? Anyway if u do try, it would be an interesting experience and I would wanna hear your story.
