Sorry that i need to quote your whole post,becos i need to bring out my points as there are questions in your post that i need clarification.
1st,your wish to stay in Marina Sentosa Hotel is relative quite a small distance away from most of the cheong places listed in the
Batam cheonging list. Now i read your questions,and you look like you are looking for special service for in-room massage from a hotel name Marina Sentosa.From my personal perspective,whenever i pick a hotel to stay,i will 1st look at the Hotel's review (like whats stated below if i were to plan to stay in Marina Sentosa). Yes,i always imagine i am you and try my best to stand in your position to reply you (or most people i am replying to) so that i can get a clearer picture what you really need from your query and this had me puzzled.
1st,i will read the hotel review in Marina Sentosa when i am about to book a room which i will often pick booking.com so that i can see BOTH the good and the bad reviews of the place i am about to be staying in :
I took the most recent reviews from reviewers from 4 different countries which has both good and bad comments in their reviews. A review thats all good or all bad is likely to be not-so-true or the least they arent entirely honest/complete. So after i pick the 4 most fair reviews from my perspective and read them,if my objective is to go for Massage with special service,then my next question is...will i still continue to stay in this hotel? i read in this thread that there are massage with special in this hotel,but i also believe if i were to be able to spot a not-so-popular hotel Marina Sentosa hotel having massage with special service in this thread,very likely there will be even MORE of other hotels with massage and special service which are better reviewed? (be it they are from this thread or booking.com)
Now we go to "my" next 2 questions,has anyone tried (massage with special in Marina Sentosa)? And How's the service(massage with special in Marina Sentosa)? With the conditions of the room reviewed from the most recent reviewers,you can bet most would stay away from this hotel if their objective is cheonging,hence you do not see any Reports on their "massage with special" from year 2014 till today. I believe not many are willing to travel out of the way to try a hotel massage that arent that popular.
Lastly,your questions remain unanswered over the last 3 days not becos no one understands them.My guess is,your main objective of your trip isnt clear,which you clearly didnt state them in full.Likely,it could be you are going with family members which makes it inconvenient for you to stay in hotels that are too close to most cheong places (and maybe also a little budget due to the number of people)but yet you still wish to sneak out for some short hanky panky.

my solution offered to myself if i am as stated on what i have describe above and if i were unable to switch hotel due to the unforeseen circumstances...i will continue to stay in Marina Sentosa Hotel,i will go ahead to try their Hotel Massage with special (becos no matter how its done, it wont be expensive in Sillypore term anyway). And later come back to this thread to review the place (on pricing and quality of girls) so that in future,if there is another "me" who ask the same question,at least the future "me" can then decide if he needs to avoid this place or can continue to have fun base on my review.
The reason why i still choose to continue to try this massage place is becos in the booking.com reviews,it has stated that this place is a very quiet place. A quiet place equates to "not-so-good business" and when its "not-so-good business",it would be human nature that the staffs would want to make every customers they met counts,hence bargaining power for lower prices in their special service would become much easier,especially so if its only for a quick release.
Above messages are just personal point of view from my own perspective on your post.
Be it if there are reviews later on Marina Sentosa Hotel Massage after my current post,i wish you will be able to have a good time in Batam in the coming week.
