Been in Vietnam for donkey years and I yet to tip taxi driver more than 10k
Normally, if there are small loose change, I will not collect from the driver. Example, if the fare is 95k and I pay 100k, I will not take up 5k but if the fare is 90k then tough luck, I will take back 10k. Maybe, I am stingy.
