If you want to go SR then I would advise going by air, as there is nothing much to see along the way and the ride is long & uncomfortable
in fact the tickets from Wetnam to Cambodia is quite cheap so not really worth it unless you have a fetish to to see the bumpy countryside
If you need a dependable driver in Phnom Penh let me know, I have 1 damn good driver whom can speak excellent english and is actually considered friend of mine now and not just our driver
