Sophia Hotel is definitely gal friendly...owner is sinkee...a friend of mine always like to stay there formerly...
just bring SGD...change in Vietnam around CBT or from 10am to 6pm inside Cho Ben Thanh (CBT) stall no. 624...they have expanded and will sure can find...best rate inside CBT...
S$ 400 too little??...no idea how many days and if you have to give your gal how much per day...
