bro, im sorry about your condition. well, i guess there's nothing much you can do now but to seek professional medical assistance (which you have already did, I'm sure) and to abstain from sexual activities for a while. Maybe it could have slipped your mind that you did it raw with someone or there is even a possibility that the condom you used could have been expired and defective; there's a whole world of possibilities but only you can narrow it down to the critical suspects.
