well the split depends lor. some place is 50-50 some 60-40 some 70-30
some start with 50-50 and if they hit a target its 60-40 and then 70-30
and some if they hit a target they get basic salary also.
and if you give the girls directly and they dont hit the target for a few months, you might find them gone, most KTV will send the singer back to china or ask them to leave if they cannot hit the target.
i would suggest you find a place that can give you 90-10 split. and if the gal is your gal... you only pay 10% to the KTV.
i know alot of people who have this priviledge, they hang 10K flower and then only pay 1K to the KTV, and then pay the gal 1K.. and they get the glory of hanging 10K. Dynasty classic is famous for that..
and also sometimes dont fall for the flower war trick. last time was asked by a manager in Dynasty classic to help hang fake flower. whenever he sms me, i will hang a certain number of flower to some singer. and the singer will put on a show look at me smile and all that.. that night itself i "hang" like 40K of flower.. but then the other party who wanted to target the singer hung like 60K worth. . well the whole idea in the first place is for me to Stimulate the other party into a war. so that he will hang more and more.
I know of other places that does that. the serangoon place is famous for this.
