True enough - that's why I say it's expensive COMPARED to the other fare TS writes about.
Also in absolute terms, dim sum in a proper restaurant in Hong Kong with starched table cloths etc starts at less than S$2@.
And I would think raw materials, labour and rent in hcm would be a lot less.
