I think H88 had advise you. Meal depend where you want to eat. I even eat prawn noodle @ 20K only on the road side. Just buy cigger at HCM. Don't buy it are DFS

To me; in vn; most of the food are cheaper than Singapore. I eat a beef noodles in Singapore easily cost me S$7 to 8 but in Vn it may just cost me max S$5 with all the ingredients.
Maybe I should say in HCM, seafood are more expensive compare to Singapore.
