herbal soup is his forte and he has been selling it for more than 10yrs. try his turtle soup+turtle eggs if you are into soups.but only at indo rasa as that's where all the steaming and boiling is done. these are wild caught Palembang 水鱼 and not the farmed type; no catch=no soup to sell.
he always had branches in pujaseras such as oke as indo rasa's clientele dwindles in the afternoon..
the claypot rice is his new venture (few months old) and I have yet to try it but am sure its taste may somewhat be 'inferior'.
