That's why when you "open name", OKT will assume that you want to call and not just to see.
If you just want to see first, then it is fair that you tell the OKT you want to see first.
But if you tell Garrick you want to see first, then he will not reserve for u liao.
So if you go 1654A, you have to wait for the WL to come out, see her, if OK then tell Garrick you wan to start to Q for her.
No so nice to reject since you "open name" to OKT and he will think that you have seen her before or know who she is.
That's why nowadays even 2831A Gwee sometimes ask customers who "open name" for outside gal, "You want to see or you wan to call?"
I think it is fair to the OKTs that you state your intention if you "open name".
