Am at BCS area with a fellow samster. Rate at most shops we asked are only $1 : 10,000 RP. That's even worst than those at HabourBay which we can find 10,050. Well, not a big difference though since we are here only for day trip and not changing much.

Finally, managed to try Bai Long mie pangsit. In my opinion, for 19,500 RP, it's very good value and only rank behind Momo at Batam Centre and Meximo Pub mie pangsit coming in third. Must try if you're in the area.
