$48 Sing is indeed very expensive. Your wish for "entrance fee" at a much lower cost can come true at say $35 Sing & below., including taxes. But has to take Sindo and alight at Batam Centre. Thereafter, take a taxi for around 20 min to Nagoya at 50k per trip.
