LOOOOL ... totally understand. The temple is sitting on summit. So one not able to see the on-going development (over the summit, below) which will take 2 max 3 years to complete. See this for a better idea, please :

Yep, spot-on. The fengshui there is as you described above. Verified by 2 of my masters (to double-confirm my own assessment before I bought). An Indian. A Chinese. Separately. Of course they were more detailed than the description. They double-confirmed the cluster itself on which my future home is built (nearest the resort). Should'a seen their expression when they walked on that cluster's soil and the sea breeze going thru their bodies. LOOOOOOOOOL!!! the positive Energy was... foowahh.
