As far as i know,all the staffs i met all speaks English. Not perfect,but understandable enough for me (i dont speak Bahasa,remember?). Otherwise,just email and patiently wait for a reply.
Why i have that confident to say almost all their staffs i met (in Batam) speaks English,becos i just tested (3 hours ago).
I am just curious why the need to visit Kaha for someone who's very new to Batam? (i did not write that in my basic Batam guide)

Join Formosa Hotel membership for 400k. I get 450k cash voucher upon joining,i book a deluxe room for 1 night at 510k (weekday) and offset it with my 450k voucher and i top up 60k more. Total i pay 400k + 60k,cheaper than Kaha's 475k/night. I clever or not? Hehehehe...

Another curious question i wish to ask myself,if i make a phone call to Batam,how much is it going to cost me on IDD or international call charges? Add that amount to the hotel room charges,isnt it going to cost more? Why not just book online if i am new to Batam in accordance to my own Batam guide? I am always curious (and stingy).
