No idea who is the best but tiger n AirAsia are the worse, they just wear tee shirt and like to talk among themselves. I also been on domestic flights in USA, China and Burma. Some wear uniforms without washing and ironing them. So have strong BO. Others must be members of the mile high club, if you know what I mean. Sperm stain on uniforms are a turn off.
