I had similar bait and switch experience couple of weeks back, booked jaden and was given ling instead. I didn't report about it back then cos I was thinking if it was an honest mistake, then shall not spoil reputation, but now after seeing this post, I guess this bait and switch strategy is deliberate. Unacceptable.

Eventually I leave the place..... Frankly such dishonesty act is something I condam.... I wasted time & rush transportation down to be face with a lie... Is really a great disappointment..
Sharing this to avoid other bros from being cheated as well... To prevent facing the same experience...
