There is no best time to bonk. And why they get lazy and tired easily? Because of watching too much 风行网 on iPad and playing with their iPhone in-between waiting of customers. Can't be helped, all their energy zapped away by radiation from their electronic devices in today's hi-tech world...which we are also guilty as charged when we have too much time in our hands.
Based on my experience, only about 1 to 2% of every cohort are consistent high level performers till they ORD. And this pool of talent is shrinking every cohort...
