Sure i try to write as much relevant experience i have in hcm. I do agree it will be more organise if there is a sub section for ppl posting to meet up. I do not think those who want meet are always for profit, some are just alone want to find kaki to cheong esp if their interest is clubbing or KTV. I wouldnt want to cheong such places alone. And there are some who just hope can meet someone kind or silly enough to share info with them for free
On paying fee, i think i know who u refer, MC if i am not wrong. True he does not give info for free, from my understanding he does not solicit for biz, ppl who pm him to meet and want info need to agree to some of his term, end of day is willing buyer and willing seller. There is no free lunch here, i read this thread for quite sometime but who is kind enough to share freely?
HCM thread 2 have better info like Bar 91 but these are in the tourist place which mean anyone not reading here can also easily access this place. Though this bar are closed, but still i extract that info from here so i try give back some info to this thread when i have.

If cannot come to terms, there are better alternative like using the ignore button. This function is created for a good reason.
