These days it seems the highest numbers are in D8/Trung Son area (danchoi lists over 800 ads for that area -- some surely expired but gives some idea) followed by D10 LHP (500) followed by Thanh Binh (200) then Phu Nhuan (64 today). Other areas seem to be more 'here and there' and half or less than PN. A rule I learned in Thailand, your best chance of finding the hottest girl is to go where there are the MOST girls. If that's true, then it means D8 is the place.
Ha, you get some of the same VN slang I have to often deal with. I'll PM you to ask about some of those. I have one VN buddy and often ask him for translation help on this kind of stuff, but I worry that I'm reaching the point of annoying him with it. It's great you have a bellboy who speaks good enough English to translate that stuff.
