I guess some seniors left this thread some time ago, that was actually before I returned here. I heard it had something to do with clones, false charges and poisonous atmosphere, am I right? I missed that chapter. Those seniors have a strong tendency, I think you would agree, to chit chat sending each other open forum posts that only they can understand or "get the joke". Those fill up the thread and lead to pages and pages of such banter. They like to do that, which is fine. (well, tho maybe a bit inconsiderate to the non-insiders here, in other words: most people) Me, personally I find reading that stuff completely boring and pointless for someone who is not in that inside group. I try not to do that myself, I try to write my posts to a general audience, so anyone reading can understand it. I try to remain informative or interesting with the stuff I write. As a human, I'm sure I fail sometimes. And at consistency too, as you pointed out. Didn't I talk about some kind of street food a few pages back? Well, at least we should keep a lid on overdoing that kind of thing. Back to the inside joke thing, if I want to make some joke that only one guy will get, I write it to him in PM so only he sees it. Just basic forum good manners, I think.
You objected to our discussing translations. But this is a thread for commercial sex info, and these translations are precisely about the website girls, only them. It is completely related to our discussion. That is much more related than the old style type of "where to get frog porridge" type of post, so common in the type of thread that I guess you prefer (correct me if I'm wrong, don't want to put words in your mouth). If enough people like to chitchat together, then I think it's great if they have a thread to do that in, if that's what they want. They do, and they seem to be sticking to over there. Some of those guys are very anti-info-sharing, as I think you know. And I think likewise it should be great if we have one where the actual info gets discussed, which -- dare I say it -- this thread is becoming. Side by side. Happy together. Multi-culturalism.
I know the non-sex info will never go away, but it does seem much reduced recently.

Boot-licking Hoian? On this one at least, I totally agreed with him. I can't remember which of us replied to you first. You had a point that was only true in a narrow sense, but beyond that was not. You seem upset that some guys are trying this when it's not in their best interest to. Me, I'd say, let the guy who's spending the money be the one who decides where he wants to spend it. If you were to say that the more suitable types of venues for that type of guy you mention are not being discussed enough, I would actually agree with that. Clubs, bars, KTVs and so on are not being talked about enough here. Not sure why. That would make the thread better I think. But this website girl thing is a very exciting new phenomenon of right now, whereas the KTVs and clubs, that's the same old crap we have talked about for years. Websites are getting more interest in large part cuz it's new and different, and we don't know it inside out yet. We are using the forum to figure it out, comparing notes with each other.
Speaking of clubs and KTV, I drove past what was D-Maxx (mentioned earlier) again today and it's being readied with a new name. The sign was unreadable. Qhat Om or something like this. Or Phat Tom, they're using some bizarre font where you can't make out what certain letters are supposed to be. You'll see. It looks like it will be either a nightclub or some club-style KTV.

I used to come on here back in 2008-2009 or so then stopped. I live in Saigon, so my perspective is different than some here (tho similar to some others'). I actually don't remember what your situation is, or any idea about what type of stuff you like to do here.
And you do realize I'm wondering if YOU have tried a website girl.
Last thing, I just went on holiday, so if you are sick of me, you're gonna get even more sick of me for a while. But then I'll be back at work again after that and too busy to be on here, and peace shall return. Oh and I'll leave VN for about a month, so my activities here (I mean, chasing girls, not talking to you guys) will cease for that time.
