For those who enquire about Hotel 18.
I specially include this for my 2nd day stay.
Walk in 240k. The boss is chinese and he let me take a look at the 200k and 240k room. The 300k deluxe was taken...so cant see.
I choose the 240k because it is slightly bigger and have a LCD wall mounted TV. I vaguely remember seeing the 200k room with a CRT TV.
Some thoughts...this is definitely a refurbished hotel.
Although certain things are new....the floor and walls wasn't.
The floor feels very grimy. The towel hanger came off as I was trying to hang my towel.
The drainage at the shower area was poor, causing pooling during shower.
And I seemed to keep on smelling ciggy smell from downstairs and I saw some small flies in the room....but I had a good night sleep.
Also...I find there is no door eye on the door!! Maybe haven't put yet.
But the wifi was exceptionally good. Very strong.
Even can get Utama wifi....lol.
Breakfast got choice....the boss recommend me gado gado (i presume is Set C) which I think was pretty worth it.
Set A is half boil eggs, Set B is butter toasted bread, Set C is mie goreng.
Choice of drinks is either coffee or tea.
I wouldnt want to consider staying here though if I have a chicken with me.
Pity I didnt try Hana.....I managed to locate Hans Inn and the lobby looks pretty impressive. So, these 2 are on my next to stay list.
