FR on my first virgin trip 2D1N with a buddy.
Did spent some time reading on this particular thread before going down and thanks to all the contributors here especially bro nono with his great knowledge of Batam , made our first trip pretty smooth.
Horizon ferry's procedure and SOP follow by cab to Hotel.
Hotel stayed was at 89 Hotel a little further away from Harbour Bay , had a friend booked under his company for 2 grand superior rooms at 450k each plus breakfast. Rooms were pretty spacious BUT it has no
safebox(apparently only some rooms had them)
, passports will be kept at the hotel counter.
After putting our stuff we proceed to lobby and starts our adventure , hotel guard got us a driver to bring us to our first destination(Goldbird/Sedona) , we did not know how to quote as both of us didn't know how to speak Bahasa Indo and we had no data sim with us to use google translate after some pointing and broken english communication it's at 50k , I did try to negotiate but it's not going to work since it's raining heavily and he's the only driver available at that time.
Told driver to wait for us once we reached goldbird as the rain was pretty heavy. Did some google image earlier and seen some difference to the current , apparently the "goldbird" name wasn't there anymore , barge into the wooden door to see what kind of surprises we are going to see in there. We are greeted by the Teochew Papi wearing glasses , there were about 8-12 girls and more still doing their hair at the 2nd room. Quality of the girls was quite bad , only 1 SYT that barely passed the mark at a million. My buddy passed and I decided to try experiencing negotiating with a OKT in Batam for the first time lol.
The talks only lasted about 4-5mins and you bet it fails , Papi also mentioned more and more SG guys started doing the same stuffs. Also he has given the looks that I'm definitely not being able to talk him out of it hence he stays firm then I looked at the girl once more , not smiling , seems uninterested then I decided not to waste much of my buddy's time and move on.
Since the rain is still ongoing , we had our first "cheap" meal at the coffeeshop opposite goldbird. Ordered 2 plates of fried rice and 2 teh Os from the chinese speaking uncle on the right. Total dmg 70k + 17k Cig for driver. Board the MPV and told the driver "New berry" and he returns with a ok.(so I get the idea he should know where is all the joints) but still we didn't discussed anything about the price for booking him the whole day. (gave him 400k at the end of the day and he's happy with it)
Reached New Berry and we were ushered in by Papi Ah-Ming , also about 10-12 girls. We got the OKT to recommend us as we didn't want to spent time browsing joints already , getting late and itching for massage. So we took 2 decent looking ones at 1m each as OKT told us the 1.2-1.5m SSYTS tends to give problems , we will have to take risk.
Next stop we went to Altalanta for Spa package , vip 370k per pax excluding specials. That's when I decide I should succeed in bargaining at least once lol and so I did got myself a 100k HJ by my pissed off masseur named Aulia. I rejected all her offers from 500k downwards and finally she couldn't hold her cool anymore after 200k. From smiling face become black plus mumbling curses at me , although I got 1 but I don't feel good being cursed at. She gave in at the very end but I tipped her 150k after deed. (she's on PMS , I only get to roam top)
Overall it was a great experience for me and my buddy , both of the New Berry girls were really OWE as promised by OKT , Mine was especially weird as she's totally in her own world kind , I wonder if she's on Obat lol. Did not have to worry much about her even without a safebox as she's only glued to having sex and surfing her facebook. Burned 4 rounds that night , could have more from her but I'm already done emptying my tank. Tipped her 200k and send her off at 9.30am next day.
Total damage for our 2D1N is about 350 SGD each , big billshocked on our food and beers at Windsor foodcourt but still a good experience trip for me as the overnight was good.
