3some is possible, but not immediate, even difficult. Girls in Batam, even if they work for a long time in a joint, are rather "biasa" and conservative about sex. You are not in Thailand, so to speak.
If you book 2 girls, you might see them taking turns in the bathroom while you play with the other.
I enjoyed 3somes many times in Batam, but either:
- they were from disco and they first offered me the opportunity; or
- one was my friend from well before and I asked her to get a friend; or
