Increasing the minimum legal age for the purchase, possession and use of tobacco in Singapore from 18 to 21 years old.
Singapore's smoking rate stands at 13.3 per cent as of 2013, and Singapore aims to reduce it further to 12 per cent by 2020, said the HPB.
The authorities said the public can submit their feedback on the measures being studied via an online form. All feedback should reach HPB by 5pm on Mar 29, 2016, they said.
