Conclusion : At time of this post - the *BEST* (chop,stamp,100% saliva) noodle Medan cuisine, in Batam. All their noodles and rice are flown from Medan. Satay and ifun mie binjai are **awesome**. Their beehoon - bouncy "Q" ! Their Bakmie noodle can fight with MOMO! There's really an aroma & texture difference between using duck egg and chicken egg in their dishes - as on Day1 - using duck egg, Day 2 - using chicken egg.

Strongly Recommended Dishes : Satay, I Fun Mie BinJai, Beehoon Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Bakmie. Best use duck egg in the goreng dishes.

Dinner Disadvantage : By 1930pm - no tables. Full. So it's either arrive before 1900hrs, or after 2030hrs - but expect ingredients to run out like longtong, kangkong, petai, etc. Otherwise, as observed - join the standing queue to dabao instead of having dinner there.

I have also look into the place too,looks like its quite popular in Batam and i also found another Roti Prata shop near Teban Central as well.

Sure,bro. Old Place Zhi Char looks quite popular. I have been there but havent got a chance to eat there yet,but likely it will be after CNY 2016 before i can bring you there if you are not coming for my CNY 2016 Batam trip,hehehe...

Its nature's version of antibiotic.

1 bad thing about this herb in my opinion was that its known as the King of Bitterness among herbs.

For me,i used it for anything that has to do with body heatiness,mild flu,mild fever or when i know i am about to get sick. Not for pregnant women and women who just gave birth tho.I dont take it as a daily supplement. Do read about its known side effect tho. And buy only HSA approved ones to prevent yourself from overdosing. Price will not be a factor as when i say cheap,it is CHEAP,hehehe...real cheap (even in Sillypore term). You could probably find it in some garden if you see one where many who doesnt know about it takes this kind herbs as weeds.

Major Pharmacy sells them in capsule form,where the bitterness taste will be greatly reduced as they were being capped.
