Thanks Nono ! ~~~ Partner saw this and said :"ohhh... Kou Chow" (teochew translation for "Bitter Grass"). Got friends here growing this herb in their yards. Gonna get some . Lasegar didn't help as much for those 4 days of heatiness after Botak Cun's 2-day blitz, looool. She went on and on about this very bitter herb - exactly as you mentioned about its efficacy, almost like a
super-herb to combat those ailments. The herb itself no side effect. But the capsule form - yes to be cautious against OD-ing it.
