Loooooool.... Am surprised this photo came up. This is not 2 fishes. It's the same 2.8kg one we (John, myself, other sbf bros - who may wish to be anonymous) had some time back. Prepared in 2 totally different sauces , styles and techniques. Honored and humbled by that dining experience.
