Agree. I don't have anymore points to give you but i can pick some sea cucumber for you. Where i am located, the hai sim come in from December to February. Picking them at low tide is easy. They are like vacuum cleaners of the seabed. When the sun goes down, they come out from the sand and among the rocks and start feeding. Clean it and ask my cook to prepare it braised with wild boar meat. She is a great cook. But even then, who needs a great cook if you can take seafood fresh from the sea and make it a great meal, if you know what I mean. We are in luck, this is a season for the rabbit fish, scallop, flower crab and lobster. When you are just drop a PM and we can arrange for a delicious meal.
